This 1999 build country house with one approx. "Rincon de la Victoria" is appropriate for 5000 square meter large Finca on a plateau highly over the place.
The generous terrain around the house, the very large pool (all-season) and the wonderful prospect aufs sea offers area for a relaxed vacation.
In the ground floor is a living room with a fire-place, the esstisch, a sofa as well as a small kitchen line (2 e-plates, rinse, refrigerator). The fire-place is to be used in the winter by a special ventilation system as adequate heating. In the bath is equipped with a WC and a bath tub.
The adjacent bedroom has a double bed. Stairs lead in attic, a large area with one double bed and two single beds. The sleep area is at least optically definable by a thick curtain.
Directly before the house is a large, considered terrace, where also the meals can be taken. By a side door one comes into the wash room, with a washing machine, shelves to storing food etc.. The furnishing is rustikal, in good taste with many affectionate details property around the house gives it plentifully to place.
Who grills rather conventionally can in the bricked grill place with rinse and work surface from fish, meat and vegetable wonderful healthy courts charms. The large pool is surrounded with a fence to the safety device for children. The water is controlled through the whole year and cleaned by a circulating system. Bathing is particularly romantic at night in the illuminated water under Andalusian starlit sky. Beside the house there is a large area, on which in biological cultivation oranges, lemons, figs, Mangos, Avocados, Mandarinen, grapes/clusters, artichokes and olives are cultivated. The guests of the Finca is it expressly permits the fruits for the internal requirement to harvest. One arrives by a ramp secured with lockable gate at property. The car can be parked directly beside the house. The layer the distance of the center in "Rincon de la Victoria" amounts to about 1.8 km.
