Its so centric that you can reach almost all cultural highlights on foot! Milans has air-conditioning and central heating, the kitchen is fully equipped and the dining table comfortabely seats 8 people. Apart from the bathroom with shower there is a second toilet and 3 bedrooms with 2 beds each (the master bedroom contains 4 single beds). The price for 1-4 persons is 150 Euro per night, for each extra guest we charge 15 Euro extra per night - for example: 6 people pay 180 Euro per night, 8 people pay 210 Euro per night. When you choose Milans you can count on a friendly welcome, helpful tips and a very pleasent stay! The surrounding area Most cultural highlights as well as wonderful restaurants, bars, boutiques and many other shops are located in the Old Town, also called Gothic Quarter, within 1-15 min. walking distance from the Milans apartment. At every little corner, building and square you will descover the beauty of this city. Bring comfortable walking shoes! The Gothic District passes between the two most important avenues of the old city, Via Layetana and Las Ramblas, and between the Catalonia square and the sea. This District constitutes the heart of the old city of Barcelona where the walled Roman city was located (the origen of present Barcelona).
