The villa is around 4 miles away from Alcoy, a vibrant city with restaurants and night life and around 35 minutes away from the coast of Gandia and 60 mins from Benidorm. The villa would be ideal for a family who want the best of both worlds or for couples wanting a country holiday with breathtaking views and beautiful evenings being able to entertain at home, or be entertained in the local bars and restaurants. The surrounding area is home to many historic buildings, lots of country walks and truly magnificent scenery.
There is a large terrace providing an outstanding panoramic view of the countryside and Cocentaina. It also has a a large private pool 8m x 4m with shallow end, 2 barbeque areas and 6000m2 land with olive groves.
50 km from Alicante and 70 km from Valencia. Car essential, pickups from airport available if required.

Cocentaina: Unlike the crowded coast lines you are offered the best of both worlds allowing you to choose your experience on a day to day basis. You are less than an hour to the coast and yet you are nestled in the mountains surrounded by cherries, almonds and olives and where the lush greenery and picturesque valleys entice you into a different world. There is plenty to see and do for the adventurer in you (walking, fishing, cycling etc.)Or sit back and enjoy a lazy holiday basking in the Spanish sun. You can also enjoy the famous fiestas and firas (check dates) which offers elaborate costumes, music and market stalls.

Special notes
10% non-refundable deposit is required with the booking. A further 200 euros is required at the beginning of the holiday for breakages and damage which is refunded at the end of the holiday. Full payment is required 8 weeks prior to the holiday. Weekend change overs are preferred. Extra maid service is available on request. |
