The villa is ideally located halfway between Calpe and Moraira and one kilometer from La Fustera Beach on an exclusive development of luxury villas.Just a few minutes drive from the popular and cosmopolitan resorts of Moraira and Calpe with their beautiful sandy beaches that were awarded the prestigious Blue Flag for cleanliness and are well tended and safe for family bathing. There is a fabulous marina and superb selection of pavement cafes, bars, restaurants and shops. Being only one hours drive from Valencia, it is an ideal base for spectators of the 2007 32nd Americas Cup and for visitors to Port Americas Cup in Valencia. Close to the villa you also have the resorts of Javea and Denia and Altea. There is spectacular scenery to be found inland, with the villages of the Jalon and Orba valleys surrounded by orange, almond and olive groves. There are regular weekly markets that take place during the summer months. For the family there is Aqualandia Water Theme Park, the MundomarAnimal Water Park and Terra Mitica, one of Europes largest Theme Parks.

Master Suite has en-suite bathroom with bath, shower, toilet, bidet and double hand basin. Ground floor has two bathrooms: one is a Shower Room with shower, toilet and hand basin; the other a Bathroom with bath/shower over, toilet, bidet and hand basin. The kitchen is fully fitted with hob, oven and grill, fridge/ freezer, microwave and dishwasher. Living Rooms: The living area is spacious with a TV receiving british satellite channels and a Home Entertainment System for the use of CD / DVD. There is a seperate dining area. 25% deposit is required to secure a reservation and the balance plus a refundable damage deposit is required 8 weeks prior to arrival. There are no extra costs for Air Condioning, heating or heating the Jacuzzi, everything is included. Cleaning, linen and towels are provided for the duration of your holiday. However, the towels provided are not for use on the terrace, pool areas or beach. |
