Description: |
This is a large comfortable spacious three twin bedroom, two Bathroom house which comfortabley sleeps 6,but can accomodate another 2 persons on a double sofa bed in the lounge.Its only a short 25 minute drive from Murcia airport or about an hour from Alicante. It has access to a communal pool, and the long wide beach which is a 2 minute stroll away has all the usual watersport activities including motor boats to hire. A seven minute drive/taxi ride away is the luxurious 5 star La Manga Golf & Tennis resort which anyone can use, with its championship golf coures and tennis courts.It also has some fantistic pools and numerous bars and restaurants. Twenty minutes walk along the beach [or about 5 mins by car]. Is the start of the La Manga strip with its many sandy medditeranean beaches on one side and The Mar Menor beaches on the other. The strip itself has many bars, restaurants and shops. The beautiful fishing harbour of Cabo de Palos is 5 mins drive/taxi ride away, with its fantastic selection of restaurants and bars. It has some of the best fish restaurants for miles around. Facilities: There are also a few bars and restaurants 5 mins walk away in Playa Honda. Together with a small supermarket and pharmacy. During July, August and September, 3 thatched beach bars are erected on the beach, which stay open to the early hours! The village of Los Belones, is a short distance away. This typical lively spanish village has a good selection of Bars, Restaurants and pavement cafes, and one of the best value Italian restaurants you will have ever been too! Los belones is popular with the many celebrities and personalities who own villas on the La manga complex. If all the water activities on the Mar Menor or the beach are not your thing. Our guests have access to the large communal Swimming pool with an extensive sun-bathing area. The property also benefits from its own exclusive parking space, directly in front of the house. A car is recommended as the resort of La Manga covers a huge area, and there are so many places to visit. An information pack with places to go and see, together with useful phone numbers, is available at the property.

Apart from the nearby La Manga Golf & Tennis club. There are many other Golf courses and Tennis courts for you to use. There are also several newish Golf courses between La manga and Alicante. There are numerous water sports available on the Mar Menor, including Wind & Kite surfing, sailing, motor-boat and Jet Ski hire. 5 minutes walk from the house is one of Spains top national GoKart tracks where you can hire all levels of Kart here!!! Horse riding is also available in numerous places nearby. |

Special notes We are flexible on dates and prices. We do require a £100 deposit to secure booking. Full payment is required 4 weeks prior to departure, together with a refundable £100 security deposit against any damages or loss of keys. The house is cleaned prior to each let.
