2 Bedroom Luxury apartment on the beach, suitable for sun, sea, and beach lovers, and an ideal base for golfers.
This family friendly apartment contains 2 bedrooms, one with an en-suite bathroom [with in-bath shower], a shower-room/toilet and a pleasant comfortable lounge/dining-room with a balcony facing south-west overlooking the sea and coast.
The separate kitchen comes complete with cooker, dishwasher, large fridge-freezer and microwave, and there is a laundry area with washing-machine and tumble-dryer.
Each bedroom has twin beds with top-quality mattresses, plenty of wardrobe & drawer space, and full length mirrors.
The lounge has 2 comfortable sofas, one of which is a sofa-bed, a modern glass dining-table & chairs. There is also a CD & DVD player and a TV, and SKY sports & news is provided.
This first-floor apartment is enclosed in a fully secure complex, and access to the pool, ground floor exit and underground car-park is by lift or stairs.
The large communal pool is well maintained & has gradual sloping steps.
There is a private path through the complex to the beautiful Campoamor beach, and chairs, umbrella, and a cool box are provided in the apartment.
Three superb golf courses, Las ramblas, Villamartin, and Real Golf Club de Campoamor, are all within 10 mins drive, and the latters clubhouse - visible from the apartments balcony, is well worth a visit.
A small Tapas bar & mini-supermarket is only 2 minutes walk away, for fresh morning bread, whilst other restaurants and shops are within 10 minutes walk.
Alicante airport is 60Kms to the north - a 50 minute drive
Murcia airport is 20kms to the south - a 20 minute drive
Whilst car hire is easy and relatively cheap, we have friends who only use local taxis and bus services.
