Description: |
The property is close to numerous restaurants, bars, shops, banks (2 minutes walk) and the beach (10 minutes walk). The house is close to the large communal swimming pool. There is parking a short distance away.
Within a ten minutes drive is the town of Torrevieja, which has on its outskirts two salt lakes that are known to make the area one of the healthiest places to be. Torrevieja boasts a fun fair, street market, bars, restaurants, water park and shopping centres, such Carrefour and many others. Torrevieja can also be reached by bus from Cabo Roig, which run at frequent intervals.
The area is suitable for families as it has a wide range of activities such as go-karting, horse riding, cycle hire, walking, fishing, etc. There is a TV and satellite in the house, the channels available include BBC1 & 2, ITV1, sky movies and sports, radio channels and many more.
The house is also ideally placed for those that are interested in golf as it has three golf courses within easy reach; Villamartin, Campoamor and Las Ramblas. La Manga golf course is about 40 minutes away and there are other golf courses which are a short drive away. It is recommended to book golfing activities prior to your holiday, as the greens get extremely busy. You can hire golf clubs and buggies at the golf courses.
The area is served by two airports, either San Javier (Murcia) which is 20 minutes away or Alicante which is 40 minutes away. Airport transfers can be arranged by pre-booking, up to 4 people. Car hire is available at the airports and can be arranged if you require.
