Description: |
This beautiful Andalusian villa is situated on a quiet hillside in an area of outstanding natural beauty, less than 1 hour from Malaga airport. The villa is set in 2 acres of private land with olive, orange, almond and peach trees. There are no neighbours just whitewashed houses dotted around the countryside. The property has four bedrooms accomodating 9 people comfortably: one master with ensuite and private upstairs balcony, one double with single and cot, and two twin rooms. The property is a traditional Andalucian country house and has been tastefully renovated. There is a large farmhouse style kitchen with all mod cons, L shape lounge/dining room with satellite TV, DVD, video, wood burner etc. The property is approached by excellent tarmaced country lanes leading to iron gates to the private driveway. The road that approaches the villa is a no through road so there is almost no traffic and is extremely safe. Outside there is a large sun terrace that surrounds the property giving all-day sunshine. There is a large pool (8m x 5m) which also has two separate sun terraces. There is a traditional local village nearby and a more substantial town 15 minutes away. 10 mins away there is a large picturesque lake where one can sail, horseride etc, and theres also a great bar and restaurant. The nearest beach is 25 minutes drive. Golf is 20 mins. Large shopping malls 25 mins. The villa is extremely peaceful, has amazing views of the countryside, yet is close to all amenities.
