Entrance hall, entering into a large shaped and beautifully furnished lounge with separate dining room. Large sliding doors with screens enter onto the covered terrace, which faces the landscaped gardens and the swimming pool.

Separate TV room with satellite TV.+DVD and CD

Large fully fitted kitchen, with built in electric oven, gas hobs built into worktop, fridge/freezer, modern kitchen appliances including coffee makers etc. Comfortable breakfast area.

Washing machine and drier are placed in the basement room

5 large master bedrooms with double beds and 1 double bedroom all with access through sliding doors with screens to the front garden and pool (except one)

2 1arge fully fitted bathrooms and 2 shower -rooms,

The sun terrace overlooks the large private swimming pool (6 x 14 metres, 1.90rn at deep end) surrounded by a beautiful garden with flowers, palms and exotic trees. The garden and pool (cleaned twice a week) are professionally maintained and they enhance the attractive features of the villa.
