Estartit:
Estartit is a traditional fishing village, with a lovely marina offering many boat trips along the coast and to the famous Medes Isles. A very popular scuba diving resort and close to 8 golf courses. Within easy reach of Girona/ Barcelona/ Perpignan airports. The beach is safe and sandy, ideal for families with younger children. There are numerous excursions on offer, including Barcelona, Figueras Dali Museum, Girona and Port DAventura.

The Villa:
Villa Catarina is just off the main road into Estartit, approx. 30 minutes walk to the beach. There is a side road for safe walking, however a car would be useful for getting around.
There are 2 floors,
UPSTAIRS is a self-contained apartment, with a large lounge/dining area with comfortable seating. It has 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Ideal for a large family or perhaps 2 families sharing. (sleeps 8)
DOWNSTAIRS has been converted into two separate apartments, each with 2 bedrooms, a bathroom and a kitchen. Both have microwaves, and Satellite TV. There is a washing machine on the ground floor in a utility room for the use of the downstairs apartments.
One sleeps 4 and one sleeps 5.

All these properties have their own terraces, and the use of the private swimming pool and BBQ in the grounds of the villa.

The villa is in its own grounds with room for parking and gates that lock.

The villa is old and the furnishings are of budget standard, which is reflected in the very reasonable price.

PRICES ARE AVAILABLE ON REQUEST FOR BOOKING UNITS SEPARATELY (Not in Peak season).
Bed linen is provided and is changed weekly and a welcome pack will be left upon arrival. Towels can be hired @ 3,75€ (1 large and 1 small) per person/per week.

20% deposit required on booking then the rest is due 8 weeks before arrival. Payment is by bank transfer or credit card. Credit card authorization of 300 euros as breakage deposit.
