Villa Andaluz is an Architect owned 3 storey mini mansion, elegantly furnished with a floor area of 450 square metres. There is a sitting room or seating area on each floor with separate satellite TV on two levels as well as a large farmhouse kitchen and separate kitchenette at the pool level. The penthouse suite on the top floor is pure luxury.

The Villa has 4 lovely double bedrooms and an additional sleeping area for 2 more guests, 3 bathrooms, vast hall, utility and cloaks. There are several terraces, a captivating loggia on the ground floor, heated pool in charming private gardens so that guests can unwind and relax on the sun loungers, or in the covered loggia. The external shower, set in a private courtyard provides for both hot and cold water, a pleasure for many guests.

The automated entrance gate ensures privacy and a courtyard that can accommodate a fleet of cars. The Villa is generously equipped with all "mod cons" and includes air conditioning, underfloor heating and fireplaces, and is ideal for use all year round. The pool is heated to a temperature of 29 degrees centigrade all year round. A maid service is available as an additional service if required.


At night, have a well deserved drink on one of the 4 terraces and watch the lights sparkle all the way along the coast and enjoy the peace and tranquility that the Villa offers.

Notes
The rates listed here are for 6 people. The Villa can sleep up to 12 people + 2 cots. The tariff rates we offer and send by e-mail are based on 6, 8 & 10-12 people sharing the villa, During the UK school holidays, the villa is charged out at the rate for full occupancy but we are always happy to provide a quote. The villa is cleaned once a week and the linen is changed. There are no additional costs to the weekly tariff (per size of group) and the heated pool is included in the tariff that is provided on an enquiry.
