Villa Andaluz is a 3 storey mini mansion completed and elegantly furnished in 2004 with a floor area of 450 square metres. There is a sitting room or seating area on each floor with satellite tv on two levels as well as a kitchen or kitchenette.
The villa has 4 lovely bedrooms and an additional sleeping area for 2 children, 3 bathrooms, vast hall, utility and cloaks. There are several terraces, a captivating loggia on the ground floor, charming garden and heated pool, so that guests can unwind and relax.
There is also an automated entrance gate to ensure privacy and a courtyard that can accommodate a fleet of cars. The villa has been generously equipped with all the "mod cons" and includes air conditioning, heating and fireplaces, and is suitable for use all year round. During the low season, when the pool cover is used, the temperature can be maintained at 29 degrees centigrade.
At night, one can sit on the terrace and watch the lights sparkle all the way down the coast and enjoy the peace and tranquility that this villa has to offer.

Special notes
A maid service is available to suit your requirements. We also provide a generous welcome pack of essentials.
We ask for a 25% deposit to make a booking, and then the balance 8 weeks before departure. We provide a full information pack including DVD if required. The electrical costs are separate, except if they are no more than 10 Euros a day and then we settle them. Everything else is included. There is a refundable damage deposit of £350.00 that we ask for at the time the balance is paid. |
