In a magnificent mature verdant setting, this large exclusive villa is located in the championship golf resort of Villamartin, Costa Blanca, with three other great courses nearby and a three minute drive to the golden sandy beaches of La Zenia. Villa Tamarindo is in a peaceful and private area, yet ideally situated within a short walk of the golf club facilities which include Spanish dining, outdoor thatch restaurant and wild parrot gardens. The Plaza, walkable, is in pretty Andalusian style and offers restaurants, coffee shops, pubs, bank, hairdresser, health centre, supermarket, boutiques, as well as tennis, riding. Also a 5 min walk away is an extensive range of international cuisine including Thai, Indian, Greek, Chinese, French Seafood, Norwegian as well as pubs, coffee bars.
Villa Tamarindo accommodates 8-12 in 5 double/twin bedrooms (each with its own en-suite), arranged around a galleried marble staircase. There is an additional bed sitting room on the ground floor which also has ensuite. There is a large split level lounge superbly furnished, a separate dining room and a fully-equipped state of the art kitchen. There is full central heating and air conditioning. Bedrooms have country and distant sea views.
A large terrace leading off the first floor gallery has breathtaking views and overlooks the MAGNIFICENT POOL which has mosaic mural, is illuminated at night and is surrounded by an extensive sun deck with loungers. There are spacious, furnished, flower-covered terraces overlooking the gardens which contain semi-tropical trees and plants. The barbecue garden has antico furniture. A central music system has individual controls throughout the villa and terraces. There is TV, VCR. The house is furnished luxuriously throughout and equipped to the highest standards.
Golden sandy beaches are a 3-minute drive away.The lively fishing port and marina of Torrevieja is only a 10 minute drive away, with sea-food restaurants, clubs, large open air market, beautiful promenade. Interesting Spanish towns lie all around as well as beautiful beaches. The cosmopolitan city of Alicante with beach, international harbour excellent museums and galleries is a 45-minute drive. Water parks and watersports are within easy reach as well as Tierra Mitica.
