Description: |
Casa Maraton is a newly built rustic style villa which is set in a beautiful valley located just 5 minutes walk away from the pretty village of Archez and 10 minutes drive from Competa. There is a spectacular view to the village of Canillas de Albaida and it is an ideal base to explore the area, walk in the hills or just relax by the pool.
The villa has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, lounge with log burner, fully fitted kitchen and separate dining area.
It can be reached along a private surfaced drive (which is flat) and there is private spacious parking.
Outside there is a large area for sunbathing and relaxing around the swimming pool with sun loungers.
The ambiance of the local villages is relaxed and friendly. There are quaint narrow streets, lined with whitewashed houses. There are plenty of restaurants, bars, banks, shops and well-stocked supermarkets. There is a golf course, water park and horse riding to be found within a short drive and the area is renowned for it’s outstanding walks and cycling.
Just 20 mins drive down to the coast is the delightful beach of Torre de Mar with more than 4 kms of sandy beaches. Nerja to the east is a 30 mins drive and has 16 kms of beaches. Both are lined with restaurants and bars.

10% discount on whole booking if 2 weeks booked. 20% deposit to secure villa, balance due 6 weeks before arrival. A refundable (non-cashed ) cheque for £100 is required with the final balance. The cheque will be returned within 7 days of departure if there are no breakages/damages.
A REDUCED RATE WILL BE CONSIDERED for last minute bookings and long term rentals. |
