This detached luxury villa with private swimming pool is situated on a large plot with spectacular views of the Par72, 18-hole La Marquesa golf course.
It is within easy walking distance of the clubhouse and a selection of restaurants, including Italian, French, Chinese and Spanish cuisine. There are also several bars, a bank and a bakery which also sells morning newspapers. The large Mercadona supermarket is situated a few minutes drive away in Rojales.
Quesada has its own Aqua Park open from April through to September. There are 2 large Sunday Markets within 10 minutes drive from the Villa. The Blue Flag sandy beaches of Guardamar are just 7KM away. Guardamar is a bustling Spanish resort with a vast range of restaurants, bars and shops with a lovely promenade. It also boasts a beautiful park and a newly developed marina.
