Overview:
We are located mid-way between Estepona and San Pedro in the area known as “The New Golden Mile”. The development, which is adjacent to the 5* Grand Deluxe “Hotel Las Dunas” on the coast side of the N-340 at Km. 163, is a 45 minute drive from Malaga airport. The elegant old town of Estepona is only 10 minutes away.
The apartment is a three bedroom, two bathroom luxury ground floor garden apartment in a prestigious new development called “Salinas”. Extensive tropical gardens are a delightful feature of “Salinas” and it is just a step down from your own large South facing terrace to these gardens where sunbeds are provided around the two swimming pools and two children’s pools.
A very popular feature is the extensive indoor leisure complex which, naturally, is freely available to all residents. This complex includes a large heated swimming pool, whirlpool, sauna, fully equipped gymnasium, changing room and shower facilities.
The Salinas development is fully protected by security gates and 24- hour personnel. You will have your own designated parking space in the underground park with lift access to your private entrance hall.
The beach front, which is a two minute stroll away, boasts a landscaped garden with a Moorish tower, waterways and roman remains, the famous Tikitano restaurant and an extensive coastal promenade.
Cafes, restaurants, bars and shops are all within close proximity whilst Marbella, the imfamous Puerto Banus and white-washed mountain villages, all with as many shops and eateries as you could need, are a 15 minute drive away. A "mini-market" is located on site for those essential purchases.
All watersports, tennis and horseriding are on your doorstep and of course you are surrounded by top quality golf courses.

Apartment description:

The apartment has been furnished to the highest standards and is fully equipped to accommodate up to six people. There are polished marble floors throughout the apartment; with the exception of the kitchen which has a stylish Andalusian terracotta floor. The entrance hall, housing the video entry system and a large storage cupboard, leads into a large lounge and dining room tastefully furnished with contemporary light wood furniture. The lounge area contains a three-seater sofa, a two-seater sofa, side tables and Satellite TV/DVD/CD/RADIO for your entertainment.
The lounge opens out on to the exceptionally large South facing terrace equipped with stylish and comfortable dining furniture and sun loungers.
Just a couple of steps down from the terrace and you are in the tropical gardens and a few yards away from the pools. A situation ideal for relaxing on the terrace with your G & T whilst keeping an eye on the children in the pools.

Leading off from the hall is the fully integrated kitchen finished in a contemporary wood and stainless steel style with granite work surfaces and breakfast bar. The kitchen is complete with cooker, fridge/freezer, micro-wave oven, dishwasher, toaster etc. A fully fitted laundry room complete with sink, washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board leads off from the kitchen.

Returning to the hallway you now come to an elegant sliding wood and glass panelled door which closes off the bedrooms and bathrooms from the living area. The master bedroom, which contains a king-size double bed and fitted wardrobes, opens out onto the terrace via sliding patio doors. The en-suite is fully tiled in Italian marble, with “his” and “hers” vanity units and a luxury bath with overhead shower.
The second and third bedrooms each have twin beds and double fitted wardrobes. A “French” door in each of these bedrooms leads out onto your own private West facing lawn area. An area, incidentally, which is ideal for that evening drink or barbecue as the sun goes down. The family bathroom, adjacent to the second and third bedrooms, again is fully tiled with bath and shower facilities.

From the landscaped tropical gardens, surrounding the pools, you can wander round to the ground-floor indoor leisure centre with it’s large heated swimming pool, Jacuzzi, fully equipped gymnasium and sauna. Naturally, the centre features changing and shower facilities.

So much to do and see :

-The main coastal road is minutes walk away, where you can catch the frequent bus which goes to the exclusive Puerto Banus, Marbella and Estepona. There are also licensed taxis which operate to these areas.

-Visit the beautiful old town of Marbella with it’s labyrinth of narrow streets and alleys, beautiful squares, fountains and up-market shops.

-Estepona town and stunning blue flag beach.
-Granada with the dramatically historic Alhambra.
-Skiing in the Sierra Nevada.
-The atmospheric old town of Ronda.
-Selwo Animal Park.
-Horseriding just up the road.
-Seaworld Aquarium.
-Gibraltar for duty free shopping.
-All sport is catered for locally. Golf courses are everywhere.
-Restaurants of every imaginable cuisine and ethnic origin at all price ranges abound.

Naturally, the apartment is cleaned before your stay and maid service and cleaning is provided for each week of your stay.
All linen is provided with bath and hand towels, but not swimming towels.
Smoking inside the apartment is not permitted and unfortunately we cannot accept pets.
