Situated in the small, typically Spanish town of Puerto de Mazarron on the Costa Calida (means Warm Coast).Two International Airports serve the area. The closest is Murcia San Javier and Alicante which is slightly further away. A third airport is planned in the near future, which will be closer still.

Mazarron bay has 35km of clean sandy beaches and wonderful mountain views.
The area enjoys a climate of warm sunshine and low annual rainfall, ideal for both summer and winter holidays. Peak season is lively and many Spanish families take their annual holiday here. It is usually more relaxed during the rest of the year.

The apartment is conveniently located five minutes walk from the nearest beach and six minutes from the attractive promenade, marina and beach. A short walk to the town centre brings you to its many shops, restaurants, bars and cafes. The town has a bowling alley, fitness club, Diving, Go-Karting plus a large market on Sunday mornings.

The nearest Golf course is just a ten minute drive away.

The apartment is on the first floor, accessible by lift (elevator) or stairs. It has two bedrooms, living room, bathroom and kitchen. It also has a terrace which looks out over the pool (with children’s pool attached) and sunbathing area. you would also have your own parking space. apartment has SAT TV.
It is a secure complex of approximately 40 apartments and built on level ground.
This means no hills to climb when you return to the apartment.
