Our comfortable 2 bedroom first floor apartment is situated in Los Altos, just outside of Torrevieja. The apartment overlooks the communal pool and has views towards the sea. Set in a quiet location but with bars, restaurants and supermarkets within waliking distance. Perfectly located for a family beach holiday or for the golfing enthusiast as there are 3 championship golf courses a short drive away. The apartment benefits from fully integrated warm and cold air conditioning and satellite TV.

Coast/Beach.
The apartment is just a 5 minute drive from the nearest beach at Punta Prima with many more beaches nearby you will be spoilt for choice. You will be able to while away the sunshine hours on long sandy stretches of beach, picnic in the sand dunes or relax in the sandy coves. Many of the beaches in the area fly the European Blue Flag for excellence.
Golf.
There are 3 championship golf courses within a 5 - 10 min drive. Villamartin, Las Ramblas and Campoamor. The design and varied landscaping of each course offers you the possibility of choosing the layout which is best adapted to your game. You can choose between playing on a flat, open course with gentle slopes, on another where the course is a succession of surprising holes, or a third on which the difficulty and risk mean you have to keep up your concentration with every stroke.
Travel.
The apartment is situated approx 40 mins drive from Alicante and 20 mins from Murcia Airports. Most airlines fly into both airports. We recommend that you hire a car so that you are able to fully explore the region. Airport transfers can be arranged.
Distances.
There are bars, restaurants and supermarkets within easy walking distance. Local leisure facilities include Go-Karting, Water Parks, horse riding boat trips and local street markets. The lively resort of Torrevieja is just a 10 minute drive away.

The resort of Torrevieja is renowned for its large inland salt lakes and has the reputation of being one of the healthiest places to live. Here you will find an almost endless choice of good restaurants and bars, or take a walk along the lovely promenade or visit the marina or Harbour. On Friday the streets are transformed by the largest outdoor market in Southern Spain. If you want to go further afield then Benidorm with all its delights is only an hour away where you can visit the theme park Terra Mitica. |

Special notes
A cleaning charge of 40.00 Euros is payable locally per booking. A non-refundable deposit of £50 per week is required on booking.The balance is payable at least 8 weeks before departure together with a security deposit of £100 for any breakages or damage. This will be refunded to you a few days after your holiday following satisfactory checking of the aprtment by our agents in Spain.If you book less than 8 weeks before departure then the total amount must be paid at the time of booking. |
