Holiday villa for rent in Chiclana de la Frontera

The villa is located in a quiet rural residential area just outside of Chiclana and within a short drive (10minutes) of the town and the wonderful La Barrosa beach. Built in 2005 it is set within a completely walled orchard garden providing the natural shade of various fruit trees. There is secure parking for 3 – 4 cars. Steel railings separate front and back gardens to ensure that young children only use the private swimming pool when supervised and may play in the front garden in comparative safety. The pool (7mx4m) is not overlooked and is heated and has a roller cover so that you can swim comfortably April – October. It has “roman steps” at the side of one end allowing children to enjoy supervised sitting and splashing. For leisurely lunches and dinners there is a vine covered pergola with a large marble top table with six chairs and within reach of a large chimenea type BBQ. The front porch also has a large table and chairs where you can breakfast in the sun or relax out of the sun in afternoon.
The living dining room is furnished in colonial style with a large dining table and 6 chairs and two large sofas with coffee tables. Both living room and main bedroom have English satellite and Spanish TV. The kitchen is well equipped including dish washer, microwave, coffee maker and two sizes of Paella pan!
Main bedroom has a king size bed and the other three have two single beds which in one case may be put together to form a double. Bedrooms all have attractive built-in wardrobes. The family bathroom has a shower cubicle and the en-suite bathroom a bathtub fitted with a shower.
