This traditionally styled Spanish villa is situated in the quiet residential district of Cap Marti, 5 minutes drive from the main sandy beach in Arenal and 2 minutes drive to shops and restaurants. There is a supermarket walking distance from the Villa.
Built on a single level, surrounded by mature gardens with a private pool with several terraced areas for sunbathing and eating. There is also a separate built in barbeque and dining area between the pool and the kitchen. The property is an ideal holiday haven for families and adults of all ages.
The villa comprises of 3 bedrooms; 2 doubles and 1 twin. The double bedrooms have air-conditioning and the twin room has a cooling fan. Both double rooms have en-suite facility, and the main bathroom has a shower, toilet and wash basin. The fitted kitchen is fully equipped with gas hob, electric oven, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, and microwave.
The lounge has a log-fire plus TV & DVD player, leading out to the covered Naya and terrace overlooking the pool.
The floodlit kidney shaped pool with sun-loungers is an ideal area to sunbathe and dine. The villa has the added advantage that the surrounding mature trees make the area very private.
There is parking in the drive for up to three cars.
