This villa can be spilt into two adjoining properties a 2 bed room with ensuite. loung /dinner fully fitted kitchen. also the 3 bedroom two bathroom, one a ensuite. lounge /dinning room/ fully fitted kitchen.both villas have English t.v which makes it ideal for two families.
To the front of the villa there is a private small pine tree forest with swinging hammock and picnic benches.
Poolside area: 12 m x 6 m swimming pool, 300 m of non-slip patio around pool, sun loungers, parasols, large shaded gazebo, BBQ area (gas & coal), poolside honesty bar (fully stocked) for your convenience if required, large planted areas. Poolside kitchen with tea and coffee making facilities, microwave, WC and utility room.
POOL AREA IS SECURED BY LOCKED GATE FOR THE SAFTEY OF CHILDREN.
Amenities: The town of Sax is 5 mins drive from the villa, it has plenty of tapas bars, restaurants, bakeries, banks, Monday market, small English super market. The town of Villena is a 10 min drive, it is famous for its leather goods and great shopping.
Activities: Golfing packages available, horse riding, scuba diving with qualified PADI instructor. All these activities can be booked for you in advance. This area is great for walkers, ramblers, cycling.
