This beautiful seaview house is typical Spanish "hacienda style", 3 floors, with terraces on each floor, the upper one giving a fabulous view of the Mediterranean sea, as well as Alicante city. Aircond., Sat. tv, Playstation, DVD, wifi broadband internet (free usage).
The Gran Vista urbanisation is the greenest and most wellkept urbanisation on the coast, including 4 pools, 2 tennis courts - even lighted for evening games - large green recreational areas, a restaurant and grocery store, but also within walking distance of other shops in the local town.
The long Carabassi beach is just a stone throw away, and Alicante city is apx. 12 km. to the north.
The urbanisation is situated only 10 min. drive from the Alicante airport.

More about Preben Sørensen

The owners are a danish couple, a retired airline captain (still active flight instructor) and a registred nurse, using the house ourselves - or our two kids do - whenever possible. When NOT possible, the house is available for rentals. The house is all year being looked after by a british woman, also acting as the "on-site" help during the rental periods.
