This house is within 1 hr drive south of Alicante airport and 20 mins away from Murcia (San Javier) airport.
The house is south facing and is of a high standard throughout.It is ideal for families and is set on a quiet private complex with swimming pool including a childrens pool.
The house benefits from sun roof, balcony to master bedroom and a further 2 terraces on ground floor all furnished with sunbeds
The main bedroom has kingsize bed wardrobe and safe, second bedroom has twin beds and wardrobe, further accomodation on double size sofa bed in lounge/diner.There is a fully equipped bathroom on the first floor including shower, and a downstairs toilet andwash basin on ground floor.
Fully equipped kitchen including microwave and dishwasher and washingmachine.
It is only a 10 minute walk to the nearest sandy beach. All of the nearby beaches are blue flag. There are 3 golf courses within 10 mins drive and supermarkets just 5 mins away.
There is a wide variety of restaurants and bars within 2 mins walk and only a short drive to nature reserves and waterpark.
There is a leisure complex within walking distance which has excellent facilities including tennis, gymnasium, bars and restaurants.
