About the Villa

This is a large 4 bedroom villa of 220m2. It is set over two main levels with extensive terraces. It is surrounded by native gardens and forest, and is accessed via a private road, ensuring absolute privacy. It has a most spectacular location on the north coast of Ibiza, where it nestles on the side of Cap Negres mountain with the Mediterranean sea 50 metres below. All bedrooms and living areas have direct access to terraces and share the breathtaking views of this front line villa.

The villa shares a small private cove which offers fantastic swimming, snorkeling and scuba diving.

Facilities of the villa

New fully tiled 10 meter private swimming pool, outdoor barbeque, terraces and gardens. Inside on level one is a large living area with satellite TV, video, DVD, hi-fi and plush sofas. The kitchen is fully equipped. There are also separate laundry, pantry and guest WC facilities on this level.

On level two are all bedrooms and the two main bathrooms. Bedrooms 1 and 2 have Super-King size double beds. Bedrooms 3 and 4 have two full-sized singles that can be pushed together or kept apart.


Getting to the Villa

A car is essential! You can reach the villa via either the coast road through Santa Eularia, or the mountain route through San Juan. Either route is absolutely spectacular.

The Surrounding Area

The area around the villa is totally rural - a mixture of protected forests, dotted with farms and fincas. There are numerous small coves, some sandy, some stony, some used only by the local fishermen (like Ses Calletes - a beautiful tiny cove about 1 mile away). The villa itself is very private, the nearest neighbour being about 100 metres away.

There is a small shop / cafe / bar / post office in San Vicente just at the bottom of the mountain (about 5minutes away) and the beautiful sandy crescent of Cala San Vicente beach is only 8 minutes away.

The villa is ideally located for a perfect family holiday. It is very private and quiet, but only 8 minutes way from Cala St Vicente, probably the friendliest and safest family beach in Ibiza.

The villa has an extensive collection of books and DVDs, so there is no need to bring your own.

All of Ibizas best restaurants are also closeby in this North-East corner of the island, including Cala Mastella, Balafia and Cardamon Club.
