This modern holiday home can sleep 6 + an infant and has fabulous sea and mountain views, overlooks a large communal pool. On a quiet and private residencial complex of around 30 properties.
Puerto de Mazarron is a typically Spanish resort with many Spaniards choosing to have holiday homes in the area. There are number of sandy blue flag beaches along the Mazarron coastline with a wide selection of restaurants, many specialising in sea foods situated along the impressive seafront promenade. The nearest beach is a 5 minute walk. The Port & Town are a 10 minute walk away from the property.
There are 2 golf courses in the are one within 15 minutes in Camposol and others at La Manga 40 minutes drive away. Watersports particularly scuba diving and boat trips can be arranged at local centres. Other pursuits such as horse riding, go carting & cycling can also be accessed locally. For those who enjoy walking the Sierra National Park is approx. 1 hours drive.
Shopping A Sunday market operates in the Port and if unfortunate enough to miss it several local towns run a market day throughout the week. The historic & attractive City of Cartagena has stunning architecture, a large Port, Naval Museum and shopping centre with a huge department store which is only 30 minutes away. The regional capital city Murcia, founded in 825 AD, is equally impressive with an array of shops available, numerous bars, restaurants & nightclubs. Although modern it still has many historic & buildings/churches to visit eg El Palcio Episcopal, Iglesia de San Miguel and the Cathedral de Santa Maria.
The area is well serviced by either Alicante Airport, 90 minuutes drive or Murcia (San Javier) Airport 45 minutes drive and the road network is good which makes travelling around the region easy.

A Barbecue, beach/picnic equipment and patio furniture for both the front terrace & solarium are also provided. GUESTS MUST PROVIDE THEIR OWN TOWELS AND BED LINEN, duvets and blankets provided. |
