Come and enjoy our lovely 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment.

The spacious lounge and 2 of the bedrooms open out onto our lovely private garden, and the gate at the end of the garden leads directly out to one of the four communal pools, all set in beautifully landscaped communal gardens.

It is kitted out with all mod-cons, including, air conditioning, satellite TV, DVD player, dishwasher, washing machine and microwave.

Within a 5 minute walk you will find 2 supermarkets as well as numerous bars, restaurants and shops, and a 10 minute walk will take you to 2 sandy beaches, a go-karting track and the local Saturday market.

For golfers, we are within 10-15 minutes drive of Villamartin, Campoamor and Las Ramblas golf courses.

We are easy to find and accessible from either Alicante (45 minutes) or Murcia (25 minutes) airports. Airport transfers can be arranged.

No need to hire a car unless you want to explore further afield.
