An exceptional, newly refurbished & fully air conditioned detached villa, in a quiet rural area just 5 minutes drive from Mijas, a bustling white walled village with narrow streets lined with shops, bars and restautants. Malaga airport is just 25 mins. away, and only 15 mins. from the busy seaside town of Fuengirola. Marbella & Puerto Banus are within easy reach by the new toll road.
The villa is approached via a private road through double gates, and has ample parking. There is an entrance hall, good sized, comfortably furnished lounge/dining room with patio doors to terrace, sky TV, CD player & fireplace. The newly appointed fully fitted kitchen has ceramic hob, electric oven, and dishwasher, fridge/freezer and micro- wave oven. There is also separate utility/laundry room with washing machine.
A door leads to a spacious covered terrace with dining/sitting area and built in BBQ. This area overlooks the pool & garden with stunning views to the countryside and to the coast. From the upper terrace are steps down to the lower garden and pool terrace.
The villa sleeps 8 in 4 bedrooms all with new en-suite bathrooms and air con. In addition is space for a cot. On the upper floor is the master bedroom which has king-sized bed, wardrobe, en-suite bathroom with double shower. Lower bedrooms all have patio doors and direct access to the pool and gardens, and have air-con units.
On the lower level, there is a second very good size double room, with excellent bathroom with corner bath and separate shower cubicle.in addition, there are 2 further well appointed twin bedded rooms, each with en-suite shower room.
Outside, the property has a large well maintained pool with south west facing terraces, both open and covered, extensive both rural and coast views, and a good sized well maintained garden, which is fenced and gated.
Please note- the house is NON-SMOKING but guests are welcome to smoke outside on the terrace.
