> VILLA HALCYON - LUXURY DETACHED 3/4 BEDROOM VILLA. The Villa is beautifully decorated and offers you luxurious comfort, space and privacy to enjoy your holiday. The gardens have now matured into a secluded relaxing area where you can enjoy the smell of fragrant flowers that frame the terrace and the alpine aroma of pine trees which surround the garden. Recently two conservatories and an 8 x 5 mt freeform swimming pool were added to improve the Villa and its surroundings. The interior furniture was also upgraded in June 2007, thus making it a truly beautiful property in which to enjoy a relaxed, comfortable, & exclusive holiday experience. The Villa is set in a quiet, gated community. and within easy walking distance for both the Naturist "La Mosca" beach and the beautiful "Playa Flamenca". The extremely popular "Flamenca Beach" and the "La Mosca" Commercial Centres with there vast array of shops Bars & Restaurants are a comfortable 2 mins stroll away. For your everyday fresh provisions both the Lidl and Supercor supermarkets are easily accessible a short distance on foot,. The "Blue Flag" beach resorts of Punta Prima and La Zenia are about 5-10 mins walk away and the "Cabo Roig Strip" and Campoamor being 5 mins by car.
Transfer from Alicante Airport is 45 minutes & Murcia Airport 25 minutes via the AP7 toll motorway. Transfer to and from the Villa can be arranged through clydegrovegolf.com. See below under important information for further details.
The bustling harbour town of Torrevieja is 10 mins drive North and easily accessible by Bus, Taxi or Hire Car. Here you will spoilt for choice. High Street and Designer Shops like Zara, C&A, can be found in the exclusive shopping precinct of Habaneras, and the Hypermarket of Carrefour is very handy, right next to it. Still close by you can chance your luck at the Casino, or get some exercise at Ten Pin Bowling. Torreviejas infamous Night Club "Pacha", beautiful flat white sandy beaches, the busy Marina and sea front promenade, where you will find lots of bars and restaurants, or the extremely popular Aqua Park, are all within easy reach and well worth a visit..
Why not enjoy a mix n match holiday. Whilst the sand & sea lovers enjoy swimming and building sand castles at the beach, the Golf enthusiasts have several golf courses to choose from within 10 minutes drive including Villa Martin, La Finca & Las Ramblas, or for those wannabe "Tennis Aces" the hospitality of the Orihuela Costa Tennis Club awaits you close by. Here you can enjoy having lessons or play a match or two followed by a swim. Make a day of it and have lunch in their Restaurant too. Later on enjoy your alfresco dining on the Villa terrace and chat about your day!!!!

GROUND FLOOR:- The beautifully decorated lounge features quality made coffee n cream Leather Furniture, complementing curtains, large deep piled fireside rug and especially commissioned paintings. It also features a living gas open fireplace, AIR-CONDITIONING and an extendible dining table with seating for 6/8. There is a 32" flatscreen digital TV with Satellite reception. a DVD/CD player, portable CD/radio and a wide range of books DVDs and CDs for you to use and enjoy. The fully equipped kitchen has superb contrasting white units and black/white/grey granite worktops and breakfast bar, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, smoothee maker, microwave and sandwich toaster. An adjacent utility area houses the washing machine and vacuum cleaner etc. Completing the downstairs accommodation is a fully tiled bathroom with bidet and over bath shower, and two twin bedded rooms, which can easily be re-arranged into doubles. Both bedrooms have built in wardrobes, bedside tables and ceiling fans, and radiators. They each have patio doors that lead out into a new, large, furnished conservatory, which also has 2 ceiling fans. The conservatory has a TV/DVDplayer which can be used in conjunction with your own Wii, Playstation, Xbox etc., or for just watching the wide range of dvds on offer for your enjoyment. This versatile room can also be used as an occasional bedroom with its new double and single sofa bed, or as a separate dining lounge/breakfast room with its waxed solid wood extendible circular table and 4 chairs, matching dresser and 2 coffee tables with reading lamps, or even as a nice place to chill and relax and read one or all of the varied books available for you to enjoy. The Villa has also Gas central heating and marble floors throughout.
FIRST FLOOR:- The large, bright and airy, Master Bedroom has a feature vaulted roof, an unusual shaped, dark golden pine, King Size 4 Poster bed, matching pine bedroom furniture, fitted double wardrobe, a linked to Sky TV and a desktop PC with colour printer/copier on a pine workstation. There is a large en-suite fully tiled bathroom with shower over the bath. From the bedroom, French Doors lead through to a private conservatory which as two cream leather reclinable high back chairs with matching foot stools and table lamps. From there, make your way through the louvred blind patio doors and on to a large south facing sun terrace which enjoys sea views and overlooks the secluded garden and new private free form swimming pool. There is plenty of room to soak up the Spanish weather on the sunbeds and patio furniture.
GARDEN:-. Behind the lockable footpath and driveways gates, you will find a secluded, private, enclosed garden, with mature, fragrant, flowering shrubs and trees. a driveway with space for 2 cars and an integral Garage. The private pool side terrace is fully paved with ample room for sun-lounging and the terracotta tiled patio has a large wood & iron table and 6 chairs for alfresco dining.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION:- * A locally based property Management Company will be on hand to meet you when you arrive in Playa Flamenca. * Their business hours are:- 9.30am - 6pm, so a call out fee of Euro 20 will be payable to them on your arrival outside of these hours. * Airport transfers can be arranged by contacting www.clydegrovegolf.com This service will cost 40-80 Euro each way depending on the size of the party and the arrival/departure Airport. Taxis are also available from your arrival Airport. * A non refundable 20% deposit is required to confirm your booking. * Full payment will be required 6 weeks before arrival.

Special notes * Prices above in Sterling or Euro equivalent at time of payment. *The Villa, bed linen, bath & hand towels, will all be cleaned prior to your arrival, however, a further villa clean will be 65 Euro extra. *Information is available on request, for the cost of extra bed clothes, bed linen and towel cleaning throughout your stay as items are individually priced. This service should be paid for locally to our property management company. * Laundered bed clothes and towels for up to 6 guests is included in the initial price.
