Alicante and Valencia airports are approximately 1 hours drive, both having budget airlines flying from them.
This family-owned apartment was completed end of 2005. We live only 3 minutes walk away! The apartment has a large secluded terrace and is equipped with all the home comforts you should need during your break. It is a minutes walk away from Montecala private gated pool complex, 2 pools 1 is an infinity pool and a bar. The bar has wi-fi and serves cooked breakfasts in the morning with snacks/meals available all day. Even BBQ and entertainment during the summer. Both of the pools have a small baby pool attached.There is lots of area for sunbathing with sunloungers provided.Even a recently built small childrens playground!
Cumbre del Sol (Summit of the Sun) has incredible panoramic views over the countryside and the Mediterranean Sea. Cumbre del Sol is a high quality resort that includes 2 local centres with supermarket, banks, restaurants, internet cafe, bars, pharmacy, playground,tennis courts and horseriding nearby. It has its own beach Moraig, one of the most dramatic and secretive beaches you will ever come across at the bottom of a cliff and undersea caves that are regularly explored by visiting scuba divers.with bar and restaurant (seasonal). There is also a nature park adjacent to the resort that offers good walking routes. Three minutes drive from apartment to all amenities. The apartment is only a few minutes drive from, Javea & Moraira.
The adjoining village of Benitachell, only 5 minutes away, is a quaint village with an imposing Spanish central church and is renowned for the many fiestas held throughout the year. Self sufficient with shops.
Javea has a 20km coastline interesting mix of beaches including one for naturists. It is steeped in history, museums, fishing port with Marina, old town and the Arenal beach, commercial and tourist. The beautiful, sandy bay is planted with palm trees and has great play areas for children. The bay is fringed by the promenade with a great choice of bars and restaurants offering international cuisine and trendy shops.
Moraira is a pretty bay also with its own marina, sandy beach, shops, restaurants, pretty promenade and shaded park. There are no high-rises, no large hotels, no package tours, and no large and noisy nightclubs. It is simply a small yet busy town with many shops, restaurants and bars, surrounded by whitewashed villas. It has a large and multi-national resident population, and therefore remains lively throughout the year. Moraira has four beaches, each very different dependant on whether you want to swim, snorkel or just bask in the sun.
For GOLF . we are 5 minutes from Javeas Golf Course & 20 minutes from the Club de Golf Ifach, both offer 9 holes Ifach designed by Javier Arona for those who appreciate a challenge. Seve Ballesteros designed Club De Golf Oliva Nova, which provides a satisfying round if you play well enough, only 40 minutes drive away 18 holes, another 18 hole course 15 minutes drive. The wine growing region, up in the Jalon Valley is about 20 minutes drive away, Enjoy an afternoon tasting wine from the barrel at the local bodegas.
Benidorm 30 minutes drive away offers something for everyone. There is Aqualandia water park, Terra Mitica Europe’s largest theme Park, Mundomar Marina and Exotic Animal Park, Terra natura Exciting new wild animal park. Numerous bars and restaurants including Chinese 3 course and wine for equivalent of £3! Benidorm is perfect for all ages.
Valencia City is well worth a visit for the Central Market, and the Oceanographic (spectacular aquarium) that forms part of the City of Arts and Sciences, Museums and shop till you drop.

Patio doors from lounge and main bedroom onto the large private terrace over looking the Sierra Bernia valley. Illuminated terrace has a table, chairs, parasol and 2 sun loungers .
American style kitchen with fridge/freezer, oven, ceramic hob, microwave, kettle, coffee maker and toaster. Seperate utility cupboard has washing machine, cool box ,iron and ironing board.
