The property is 10 minutes easy walk to the beach and while in a peaceful location, only 5 minutes walk to bars, restaurants and supermarkets. Perfect for either families or three couples, this property is within minutes to some of the best golf courses in the region.
The house consists of;
*Front garden with tiled area, ideal for BBQ’s and sun bathing. (BBQ and sun loungers provided)
*The front garden leads up to a veranda, complete with table and chairs and fabulous views over the gardens and pool.
* Large and spacious living room/dining room complete with two sofas, dining table and chairs, ceiling fan, Satellite TV, DVD, Video and stereo.

Air conditioning available at small extra charge.
*Fully equipped kitchen (including microwave). A Washing machine and clothes airer are provided in the storage room, accessed through the back garden.

The Area
Los Alcazares is situated on the Mar Menor, a fabulous salt water lagoon, fed by the Mediterranean, with views towards the La Manga strip. The beautiful blue-flag beach of Los Alcazares, with its palm lined esplanade, interspersed with beach front properties, cafés, bars and restaurants is perfect for a gentle stroll at any time of the day. The old town, which is home to a further variety of restaurants, is situated towards the far end of the beach. In contrast to the old town is the Rio Borines, a new boulevard leading to the beach, with great restaurants ranging from South East Asian, Indian, English, Irish and Mediterranean, a few bars and cafes plus a well stocked supermarket. Los Alcazares offers a great environment for both families and couples, it offers a great non-package tour holiday environment with a choice of both quiet and lively restaurants and bars.
The Weather
From March to November the temperature is usually above 20 degrees C, rising to 30+degrees C in late July, August and early September. It rarely falls below 18 degrees C during the day in the winter months.
