Description: |
Our apartment is situated on Isla Canela a small island connected to the town of Ayamonte by a road bridge. It is a peaceful, largely undeveloped place just inside the Spanish border and an easy 50 minute drive from Faro airport. It is the perfect setting for families and couples looking for a relaxing, genuinely Spanish holiday. The climate on the island is mild and pleasant.
Set in pretty, well maintained gardens the apartments share a swimming pool and are situated right on the beautiful, 7 km stretch of sandy beach. It is a 10 minute stroll to the modern marina which has a good selection of shops, bars and restaurants. Close by is the small fishing village of Punta del Moral. The town of Ayamonte is a 10 minute drive by car. There is an 18 hole golf course 5 minutes drive away.
The apartment, situated on the first floor is fully equipped and comfortably furnished. There is a kitchen with large fridge/freezer, utility room with washing machine, living/dining room with combi DVD/TV (Spanish TV only) and two double bedrooms one with double bed and one with twin beds. The en-suite to the master bedroom contains a bath with overhead shower and there is a second shower room. Outside there is a large terrace part covered and part uncovered. The apartments are accessed by electronic security gates and a parking space is reserved for each apartment.
