Description: |
Located on the ‘new golden mile’, the house/villa is front line beach. The complex has a large pool with separate childrens pool. The house is light, airy and stylishly decorated, with every convenience including TV, satelite, DVD, stereo dishwashers and air-conditioning/heating. This spacious three bedroom townhouse is arranged on 4 levels. On the ground floor there is a very large bedroom that sleeps up to 4 (two single beds, one double bunk bed). It has an en-suite bathroom with a double basin and power shower. On the first floor there is an entrance hallway leading to the open plan lounge/dining room which leads directly onto a large sun terrace and garden. There is also a fully equipped built-in kitchen. On the second floor there are two large bedrooms. The master double bedroom has a sea view balcony/ terrace. The second bedroom is a twin bedroom, both have large en-suite bathrooms and large built-in wardrobes.
A large rooftop sun terrace provides great sea views and more space to sunbathe or dine as it has a built in BBQ. There is also a private garage. The urbanisation has its own access to the beach, where there are two beach bars and a cafe/restaurant. There is also an onsite restaurant overlooking the pool area. Essentially it is ideal for any beach lover’s, family, golfing or activity holiday. There is an on-site good sized, very clean and well maintained private swimming pool with a separate children’s pool. The house also gains you access to an on-site private gym.
The air conditioning throughout the house also provides heating for winter stays. There is a washing machine in the basement utility area. All bedroom windows have full blinds and mosquito nets fitted.
A house folder is provided and is full of useful information to help you get the most from your holiday. It includes directions to many places and recommendations of places to visit and eat.
There are 2 golf courses within 5 minutes, the Robert Trent Jones course at Duquesa with panoramic views of the marina and Estepona Golf. Also nearby, within 20 minutes are Alcaidesa Links course, Valderrama and San Roque Golf Club. There are many more courses within 20-30 minutes towards Marbella. There are also 2 water parks within driving distance and a safari park (5 minutes drive)

The villa townhouse is ideal for young children as this is a small & safe development where there are often other children to play with. There is also a small rear garden giving children a secure space to play & a separate childrens pool beside the main pool. There are full blinds on all the bedrooms which totally block the sun early morning or siesta time! It is beside two 5* hotels and two beach bars inaddition to all the shops & restaurants of the Laguna Village beach club. It is also within easy walking distance to the Palacio do Congresso exhibition centre. |
