This luxury appartment is perfectly situated 200mtrs from the mainly rocky ocean front, and within easy walking distance of a variety of restaurants and bars.There are sandy beaches within a 5min walk at Punta Prima, and blue star beaches with lifeguards at La Zenia, Cabo Roig and Campoamor.
The cosmopolitan town of Torrevieja is 3kms, and with three championship golf coures at Villamartin, Las Ramblas and Campoamor a 10 min drive away, it is easy to see why this area has something for everyone.
For those who just want to relax, the South facing 50mtr roof top solarium fully fitted with sun loungers, table and chairs, overlooking the pools gardens and Mediteranian is the place to be.
Inside the appartment is a fully fitted kitchen including fride, dishwasher, washing machine, cooker ect.
