This Altea Hills holiday apartment is an ideal base to for you to discover the Northern Costa Blanca and the region of Valencia. It is an easy drive from either Alicante airport (60km or 45 minutes) or Valencia airport (120km or 1hour 20mins).

Located in a private gated development this very spacious and luxurious, ground floor apartment with two bedrooms, two bathrooms (1 en suite) is set in beautiful landscaped gardens of approximately 4000m2 and contains a fantastic swimming pool. There are fabulous unspoilt views from almost every part of the property and grounds.

This ground floor apartment runs front to back and has two terraces. One on the north facing side and another on the south side. The south terrace leads to small private garden which in turn leads into the main communal gardens.

The sunny south terrace also provides good shade from the sun while still allowing you to sit outside and enjoy the spectacular scenery. The north terrace is cooler and has stunning views of the Sierra de Bernia mountains or the Altea Hills as they are widely known.

Being a private gated area there is no through traffic. The only traffic within is limited to the coming and goings of the occupants.

The village of Altea la Vella is only 2.5 Km away and has all amenities including a Bank with ATM, an international newsagent, shops, and some fine restaurants. The nearby Don Cayo Golf Course is a very good 9 hole golf course which has the longest Par 5 in Europe .
