Welcome to Villa “Alegria”

which is ideally situated close to all amenities. Fuengirola is 3 minutes away and the picture village of Mijas 10 minutes by car.

The Villa has two bedrooms and two bathrooms, the master bedroom which is en-suite and the second bedroom has two single beds. The kitchen is new and roomy with all the usual appliances.

From the kitchen you enter a light and airy living/dining room with large modern L shaped sofa, there is satallite TV (British free to view & limited Sky) dvd and stero playrs. The dining table seats six, directly from the living room is a small balcony where you can sit with a gin and tonic and watch the sun go down.

The property is South West facing and has the added advantage all day sun, The secluded pool area is gated for childrens safety and can be illuminated for evening entertainment. To make a more enjoyable stay there is a BBQ and bar.
