The weather is excellent all year round. Average in winter 18C and 32C in summer. More than +300 days with sunshine.
The penthouse is luxurious fully fitted with air con. and heating. Satelite TV. Sky box ( use your own skybox card) TV- Radio / CD etc. There is direct access to the penthouse from the underground car park via lift.
There is only 10 minutes walking distance to the beach , marina and excellent restaurants.
Round the area of Maria Del Este is it possible to practise nearly any kind of water sports activity.
Only 10 minutes drive from the penthouse is the beautiful city off Almmunécar with its old part of Almunécar.
Just 1½ hours drive and you are in the famous winter skiing area of Sierra Nevada.

Special notes
The rates include air-conditioning/heating, and a supply of sheets and towels. For guests who stays for two weeks or more the linen and towels will be changed on a weekly basis free of charge. A 30% prepayment has to be paid when you book . The remaining part of the rental shall be paid 4 weeks before first rental day.
We want you to pay deposit when you enter the penthouse for the first day. The deposit shall be paid in Cass to the assistant who follow you to the Penthouse. The deposit is ½ price of the rent you pay.We will give the deposit back to you the last day you stay in the apartment, provided nothing is damage. Please contact for details
