Description: |
The property is newly restored with great attention to detail, is comfortable and situated in a quiet position, 5 minutes by car from the centre of Soller and 10 minutes from the coast.
It has both air conditioning for the hot summer months and central heating for winter lets. There is a fully fitted kitchen and a rustic hand made bathroom nicely decorated with mosaic tiles.
Outside, the house enjoys a lovely garden with views over the mountains, orange trees and village of Soller to one side and on the other side a view of swimming pool which is for the sole use of the clients.
There is a large, open plan dining/entrance hall with seating for up to 10 people. The lounge area has exposed stone work, wooden lintels over the windows, a wood burning stove, TV and satellite.
The property is popular with families due to the availability of a cot and high chair and as the house is set in it´s own grounds, the children have space to run around.
