Pretty roof-top apartment with large private terrace only 100 metres to the magnificent Playa de Palma beach and 200 metres to Cala Estancia, a small family beach in a cove beside the yacht club. There is also a lovely beach promenade towards Palma with a cycle and roller blading path.

The apartment has one bedroom with a double bed and en suite bathroom with shower. There is also a double sofa bed in the living area and if necessary 2 single folding beds. There are large ceiling fans in both the living room and bedroom.

There is also a family bathroom with bath and fitted shower attachment.
The apartment has a small lounge and a large fully equipped kitchen (see below) leading on to an open plan dining- room, which easily seats six with spectacular views of the Bay of Palma and headland.

The large private terrace with built-in barbecue has panoramic views of the bay and can be accessed from both the bedroom and living/ dining area. There are 2 sun loungers and a large parasol plus a large awning over the seating area.

There are numerous good restaurants within a few metres, 2/3 large supermarkets within a short distance and lots of local shops with, in addition, a twice weekly market in the town square.
Palma is about 8 kms. away with a bus every 8/9 minutes.
The nearest Aqua Park is approx. 4 kms away.
The apartment has air conditioning/heating in the living /dining area and there is a lift in the building.
Rentals are for a minimum of TWO WEEKS
