Situated in Vilanova I la Geltrú just south of the popular beach resort of Sitges and only 30 minutes from Barcelona Airport, this remarkable villa is a rare example of “Neo Mudejar” architecture, an exotic blend of Moorish, Hispanic and Renaissance styles famous for its elaborate colour and details.

Built over 120 years ago, the house and the grounds have been restored to their original style, but with all modern comforts now included to make it a truly perfect retreat.

The gardens are as stunning as the house itself, as the villa sits in a walled enclosure of 2 hectares of land with a wide variety of plants and trees, a large swimming pool (12x7M), a tennis court, an ornate fish pound, a children play park and a large BBQ area. There is event a parking for 20 vehicles.

The main villa is set on 3 floors (there is a lift as well as the ornate staircase) with 9 distinctive bedrooms (4 by floor) all en suite, a music room, a bar/salon, a library, games room, dining room and a large fully equipped kitchen.

There are 4 double bedrooms on the third floor, all en –suite, three with Jacuzzi baths, and the master bedroom has a private reception (which could be used as a child room), a satellite TV and music system Band and Olufsen.

On the second floor there are a further 4 double bedrooms (one with a sitting room or children bedroom), all of which have access to private terraces with sofa, and are all en- suite, again 3 of these with Jacuzzi baths. The fourth bedroom is more compact than the others and has a shower only in the bathroom.

On the ground floor there is the breathtaking entrance hall, the extensive salon and bar (with satellite TV and DVD Bang and Olufsen) and a large games room with a pool table, chess and music system. To reserve a booking a 30% non refundable deposit is required and the balance 6 weeks prior to the commencement date. A 1000€ deposit is also required to cover any damages. This is refundable at the end of the holidays.
