This 2 bedroom apartment overlooks the Costa Blanca coastline, golf course and mountains.
It has 2 bedrooms, both with fitted wardrobes and is fitted with 1 double bed on the main bedroom, and two beds in the other bedroom, sleeping up to 4 people.
The main bedroom has uninterrupted views of the course and surrounding area and is also directly linked to the balcony which has equal views.
The apartment also has a bathroom, lounge/dinner room, fitted with sofa, dining table, TV, DVD player and CD/Radio.
The separate kitchen has all the necessary amenities, fridge/freezer, and hob, microwave, kettle, toaster, plus cups, plates and cutlery.
The lounge/dinning room leads directly onto the balcony, complete with patio furniture, providing a perfect location to relax and enjoy the amazing views and catch some sun.
Unfortunately no pets allowed.
The town of El Campello is 5 mins away with many bars and restaurants, also picturesque Altea is a short drive away. Terra Mitica and Water Parks nearby will provide entertainment for children (and adults!).
There are many bars and restaurants walking distance from the apartment.
The apartment has access to a stunning swimming pool, with amazing views of the mountain range and the 9 hole course plus a private tennis court.
The grounds of the apartment are impressive and planted with typically native vegetation.
