This delightful villa is located on the hills overlooking Moraira and enjoys a great view of this lovely town and the sea. It is quiet and peaceful, perfect for resting beside the wonderful private swimming pool. Of course you can also enjoy the area's beautiful beaches, which are just a few minutes drive away.

Living room/dining room, separate fully-equipped kitchen, covered terrace, and four bedrooms, one with bathroom included; and another separate bathroom.

The large swimming pool has steps for easy access and a separate corner for little kids. A beautiful garden surrounds the house and swimming pool and there is space for three cars.
