This delightful villa is located on the hills overlooking Moraira and enjoys a great view of this lovely town and the sea. It is quiet and peaceful, perfect for resting beside the wonderful private swimming pool. You will want to spend there the whole day! Of course you can also enjoy the areas beautiful beaches, which are just a few minutes drive away.
Main floor: living room/dining room, TV room, separate fully-equipped kitchen, covered terrace, and three bedrooms, one with bathroom included; and another separate bathroom.
The ground floor is fully independent with one bedroom, bathroom and an American kitchen and its door opens out to the swimming pool.
The large swimming pool has underwater lights, steps for easy access and a separate corner for little kids. A beautiful garden surrounds the house and swimming pool and there is room for three cars.
