VILLA PALMERAS, a spacious family villa, sleeps 6, with private pool, large spacious terrace, in Moraira, Costa Blanca
Situated on a hillside in the exclusive Benemeit area with panoramic sea and mountain views down to the beautiful seaside town of Moraira which is only 5 minutes away. Villa Palmeras, built in the traditional spanish style, is very well equipped and maintained and is very popular with families. It has a private swimming pool with roman steps for easy access, a fabulous spacious terrace, ideal for outside dining and sunbathing. The villa enjoys all day sun and there is also a covered naya and umbrellas to provide shade. There is also a barbeque.
The villa, all on one level, has a fully equipped kitchen with fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, electric oven and gas hob. The main bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with a double-sized shower, there are 2 further twin bedrooms and a family bathroom. All of the bedrooms have fans for staying cool in the summer months and there are heaters for the cooler winter. The comfortable lounge & dining area has TV, DVD player with a good choice of DVDs and CD/radio player as well as a selection of books, games. There is also a separate breakfast room to admire the lovely sea views.
Outside there is a poolside shower and a laundry room/pool changing room with washing machine and another fridge for cool drinks on the terrace. There are plenty of sun loungers, parasols and outdoor dining table and chairs making it the perfect relaxing holiday home. There is also a table tennis table for outdoor entertainment.
Villa Palmeras is a really comfortable, well appointed and cared for family villa and exceptionally good value for this lovely part of the Costa Blanca. To ensure you have a carefree holiday our villa is managed by our local agent who will meet you on arrival and be available should you need any assistance during your stay.
There is a very wide selection of bars and restaurants of all types in Moraira and the surrounding area, including eight with Michelin stars. Moraira also has plenty of sports amenities, including watersports on the beach, a golf course, go-karting track and tennis courts, all within 5 minutes of the villa. There are also several excellent championship golf courses, including La Sella, less than 45 minutes away.

Villa Palmeras is in a lovely area a short drive from Moraira town, with its fishing harbour, marina andblue flag beaches.Quite simply, Moraira is now the most exclusive and pleasant place to stay whilst on holiday on the Costa Blanca, it still has the charm of a small picturesque fishing town nestled between mountains and vineyards but at the same time has grown to offer almost everything to everyone that stays here.
Morairas sandy main beach is situated right next to the town centre with convenient pedestrian walkways meaning that it is not necessary to cross a road to enter the town or the marina.
Moraira offers a huge variety of restaurants and bars to cater for every taste and budget. There is a wide variety of entertainment nearby to suit all ages, including golf, go-karting, amusements. The larger towns of Javea, Denia, Calpe and Benidorm are all within a 30 minute drive or equally there are some stunning mountain drives and scenery in the region. For a great day out visit Terra Mitica, Paramount Theme Park, Aqualandia, Mondumar, Font DAlgar, Verger Safari Park or even Valencia for its shopping and culture. |
