Description: |
Our House: The villa is a newly built duplex villa situated in Pinada Golf, within easy access of both Murcia (25minutes) and Alicante (45 minutes) Airports. The accommodation is split over 3 floors, we have air conditioning on both floors which doubles as heating in the cooler months. The communal pool is less than 1 minute walk away (at the bottom of our street!) and offers a separate splash pool for the children.
Ground Floor: At the front of the property is a large terrace area complete with wicker furniture for relaxing! The open plan living area has a TV with full satellite package, dvd player, cd player a fully equipped American kitchen with everything you need. The third bedroom is located on the ground floor, this houses a double sofa bed and wardrobe. There is also a ground floor wash room with basin and toilet.
First Floor: There are 2 bedrooms on the first floor, both have double beds, fitted wardrobes and air conditioning. The master bedroom also has patio doors leading to a further balcony. The family bathroom comprises of bath with overhead shower, sink and vanity unit, bidet and toilet.
The whole of the third floor is a private roof terrace. Here you will find 4 sun-loungers and a full patio set. There are sea and mountain views from the roof terrace.
Golf: The villa is situated within 5 minutes drive of 3 prestigious golf courses. Villamartin, (which is within walking distance) Real Campoamar and Las Ramblas. La Finca and also the popular La Manga Golf resort are a little further afield. All equipment is available for hire, but you are advised to bring your handicap certificate if you wish to play.
Beaches: There are several beaches within driving distance, our favourite is La Zenia which is approximately 5 minutes drive. Other good beaches nearby are Cabo Roig and Playa Flamenca.
Villamartin Plaza: The plaza is situated over 2 floors and has entertainment for all ages and budgets. Here you will find a small Supermarket, Bank, Chemist, a selection of Shops, Bowlingo, Restaurants, Bars and other entertainment. The plaza is located next door to the golf course and is only a short stroll from the villa, in the summer months a bus service runs to the beach and also to the bustling town of Torrevieja.
Torrevieja: This is the nearest main town and offers more beaches, a harbour, a waterpark, shops, bars, restaurants and much more. The town seems to come alive at dusk and is well worth a visit, amongst other things you will find outdoor markets and a kids fun fair!
Other Local Information: There is a large Mercadona just a few minutes drive from the villa, here you will be able to purchase all your essentials. There is a variety of markets that take place almost every day of the week, recommended are Play Flamenca on a Saturday, and Torrevieja which takes place on a Friday afternoon. There are many other facilities and attractions at nearby towns, a welcome pack will be sent out nearer to your travel date.

Special notes 1.Prices include full cleaning of the villa, bed linen and towels.
2. Prices are based on one week stays, for alternative durations please contact the owner, long lets may be considered.
2. Reservations are subject to a 25% deposit. Remaining amount payable is due 6 weeks before departure. Payment is accepted by cheque or bank transfer. If duration of the stay overlaps price letting dates, payment will calculated pro rata.
3. Where bookings are made within 6 weeks of departure, total amount due must be paid immediately.
4. If the client wishes to cancel within 6 weeks of departure we will attempt to re-let the villa. If the villa is re-let a full refund will be given, if the villa is not re-let then the refund will be dependant on the number of weeks notice the owner receives. If the owner cancels the booking, a full refund will be due.
5. A security deposit of £100 is payable on arrival. This will be returned to the client once the owner is satisfied no damage has occurred and the keys have been returned.
6. All information and descriptions offered on this page are true to the owners knowledge.
7. Arrival and Departure days and times are flexible - depending on bookings already confirmed.
