BEDROOM 2:Large double bed with side tables and wardrobe. Air conditioning unit.
EN-SUITE BATHROOM 2:Fully tiled bathroom with Bath, vanity unit, bidet and toilet plus washing machine.
GAMES ROOM: An area between the two bedrooms that lends itself to housing a table tennis table currently (4 TT bats and balls provided) but can also double up as another seating area/ bedroom for additional guests. (Camp bed would be required plus an additional charge for extra people)

OUTSIDE:Gardens to the front with steps down from the road to the front door. As the front of the villa is on a lower level than the street, it is not looked over. Plus the terraces are on the opposite side of the villa to the road, giving it a very secluded feel once inside.There is a car port and outside storage area, plus plenty of parking on the road.
POOL: The pool has just been completed in December 2007 and is to a very high standard with views and a shower.
If your party requires more than one villa, we have other properties in the cover change over and cleaning, a fee of 120 - 160 Euros will be payable on arrival.
The fee is dependant on number of sets of linen/ towels required.Payment will be required in advance with a returnable security deposit of £150.00.
