Luxury 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom house on an quiet urbanisation with communal pool. Located in Le Zenia and within walking distance of the beach local restaurants, bars and a variety of large supermarkets including Consume Lidl & 4th largest shopping center in Spain opening in 2012.
A large patio to the front which has garden table, chairs and sunloungers. Your car can be privately parked here.
Inside there is a large lounge with TV and dining area. The kitchen is fully equipped with a washing machine, iron and board, oven, hob, microwave, fridge freezer, kettle & toaster. The back door leads to the utility area.
The second floor consists of 1 double bedroom with patio doors leading onto a private balcony with a breakfast table and sunlounger, and 1 twin bedroom all fully furnished with built in wardrobes. The main bathroom is fully fitted with bath, shower, toilet and bidet.
All rooms have Air Conditioning. The air conditioning units also act as heaters in the winter months.
Hiring a car is not necessary as all amenities are within walking distance.
