This beautify 2-bed/2-bath apartment is on a well-maintained estate right beside the picturesque marina at Puerto Thomas Maestre in La manga del Mar Menor on the Costa Calida. Only minutes walk from the beaches and all the local amenities, with its own communal swimming pools and gardens, this apartment will provide you with everything that you could wish for to make a perfect relaxing holiday in the sun.

Inside, the apartment has been furnished to a very high luxurious standard with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, an open plan kitchen, living/dining room, two large terraces and two small balconies each with their own special views.

La Manga is situated in the Province of Murcia in a coastal area which boasts one of the most moderate climates in Spain, with an average of 320 days of sunshine each year and water temperatures higher than average. La Manga Strip is a narrow strip of land, approx. 22 km long, which extends into the Sea with one side being the Mar Menor (Minor Sea) and the other side being the Mediterranean Sea. At its narrowest parts it is only 100 metres wide and the maximum width is 1.5 km. There are over 44 km of beaches, narrower but with protected bays and coves on the Mar Menor side, and longer, wider expanses of pure golden sand fronting the Mediterranean. The crystal shallow waters and the absence of tides make the Mar Menor a magnificent natural swimming pool and the ideal place for all types of water sports. The waters register a saline content of 50% and are scientifically recognised as being therapeutic in the treatment of rheumatism, arthritis and many other ailments. The Black mud from the Mar Menor is used to relieve the pain and the symptoms of these conditions.

A holiday at La Manga Strip can be as active or as relaxing as you choose. In addition to the choice of beautiful beaches, outdoor activities include cycling, go-karting, sailing, water skiing, wind/kite surfing, scuba diving, boat trips, horse riding, tennis, fishing and golf. Well served by shops, bars, banks, restaurants, close to the marina and all water sports, La Manga Strip has something for everyone. This is a place where the Spanish come to holiday, which guarantees you a real flavour of Spain. The fishing village at the beginning of the strip (Cabo De Palos) is a must visit with its atmosphere, Sunday market, restaurants, and nightlife.

The living room of our apartment directly faces the Thomas Maestre Marina with a stunning view. It is fully furnished with a contemporary style and to a high standard with under floor heating and air conditioning in every room. From the apartment you are only a few minutes away from either the crystal clear waters of the Mar Menor or the Mediterranean Sea with beautiful beaches. There is a 9 hole pitch & putt golf course with a driving range attached close by, or if you really want to spoil yourself, the La Manga Club Golf Resort with its 3 championship courses, casino, night clubs and various other facilities are only a short drive away.

Bedroom 2: Twin beds, bedside cabinet, fitted wardrobes, door to a small balcony facing the harbour/marina.

Public transports along La Manga Strip and to near-by towns/attractions are available at very reasonable prices.
