Special notes
All prices confirmed on request. A booking deposit 30% required. All bookings confirmed when deposit is received. All bank transfer charges remain the sole responsibility of the renter. All outstanding amounts due must be received no later than 6 weeks prior to arrival. A refundable deposit of €150 against damages will also be required and must accompany all final payments when they become due. Deposits will be returned as soon as the final inspection has been completed and no damages have arisen. All deposits and final payments may be submitted using bankers draft, funds transfer to a nominated bank in Spain or through the online PayPal and credit card transfer system.
