Services
This is a superb quality villa ideal for a large family or two families/friends travelling together. Set on a 2300m2 plot with a 400 m2 patio which is tiled. The remainder of the area is gravelled and planted with fruit and palm trees. There is adequate parking for several cars. Seating areas outside in three separate locations designed for sunbathing and shaded areas. The private exclusive pool is elevated and ballastraded at 10 x 5 meters. The shallow end is 3 feet to 5.6 foot in the deep end. There is a childrens pay pit with slide, double swing, seesaw and playhouse with toys. The villa sleeps 10 comfortably with 4 bedrooms two doubles and two twin bedded rooms. Air conditioned/heated though-out. There are two bathrooms, one en-suite with dressing room and built in wardrobes. Large lounge diner with satellite tv, dvd, stereo, video, seating for 10 in the lounge. There is a utility area with washing machine, fridge freezer and sink. The kitchen has electric cooker with 4 ring hob, oven and grill, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, dishwasher and adequate storage cabinets. All the crockery and utensils are provided.
The nearest golf course is La Finca, only a 5 minute drive, which has club hire, buggies and everything for the keen golfer. There are several other courses in the area to play.
The nearest town is Dolores, a two minute drive or 15 minute walk. The town has all the facilities you will require including two supermarkets and an English food supermarket. There are several restaurants and bars. There is a quaint village square with a 14th Century church in the centre of town. The market day is Friday.
IsaBella is centrally located in the Costa Blanca. Drive East to the Javea, Calpe, Benidorm and Valencia. South to Murcia and the Costa Del Sol (3 hours) and Granada and North to Madrid. All of these areas are driveable within one day.
The nearest beach is Guadamar, 10 minute drive. The beach has water sport facilities and life guards on-duty in the Summer months.
There are great facilities for young children at the villa, which has a play pit with slide, seesaw & playhouse. The private pool has roman style steps for safety when entering and walking out.
The plot is secluded with an 8 fence around the entire perimeter with electronic gates.
We have English staff that live locally and available to assist you if you need help. The the villa and linen are cleaned for your arrival. If you require more cleans or fresh linen this can be arranged and paid for locally.
Games room being built in November 2006. Pool, Table tennis, board games darts & Kiddies games. Outside for 2007 is a cahmpionship size badminton court, which can also be used as a basketball court with a moveable net. Pictures coming in February 2007.
We recommend that you hire a car/s to make the most of your stay and for your own convenience.
