Luxury 3 bedroom villa with private pool, garden and large patio area overlooking the lake and the 7th hole on the "Stone" golf course.
The villa can accommodate 6 perspons in three bedrooms. There are two upstairs bedrooms with one large bathroom (with bath & shower).These two bedrooms. a double and a twin, have French doors leading onto a large south facing sun terrace with stunning views over the lake and golf course.
Downstairs there is another double bedroom with separate bathroom with shower. All bedrooms have fitted wardrobes and double or twin beds.
The large living area consists of dining/living room which includes dining table and chairs to seat six, two comfy sofas, TV and DVD player, and hi-fi system.
There is a fully fitted kitchen with fridge/freezer, oven/hob, microwave, coffee machine, dishwasher, washing machine and full set of crockery, glasses and utensils.
The outdoor area is superb: situated lakeside on the 7th hole of the Stone golf course the outside consists of a private pool (8mx4m), outdoor shower, large private garden, terrace, large patio area, table, chairs, sun loungers and a BBQ. T
The villa has full air-conditioning for the summer months and heating for the winter.
Linen and towels are included in the package (excludes sunbed towels).
Access to the Mosa Trajectum Golf Resort is through a gated entrance with 24 hour security on site.
Keys are held locally by an British couple, who will meet and greet you and help to make your stay as enjoyable as possible.

Just 20mins from Murcia & 45mins from Alicante airports. Mosa Trajectum is a private resort which includes a Johann Cruyff Championship 27 hole Golf Course , 9 hole Challenge Course, Tennis/Paddle Courts, Landscaped Park, Childrens Park, Parador Hotel with Restaurant and Bar.
The urbanization has 24 hour patrolled security service and a manned gated entrance allowing only residents and paying guests access.
Mosa Trajectum is bordered by a nature reserve and the Murcia mountains. The resort is beautifully maintained with hard landscaped areas, palm tree lined roads, gardened areas and ponds. Mosa is a peaceful, relaxed resort (Mosa is in a no-fly zone so peace is guaranteed!) yet is only a short drive away from the nightlife if required.
Currently on site, and just a short stroll away is the "Parador", a 400 year old farm house converted into a hotel complex and an a la carte restaurant and outdoor day and night, snack bar. Two excellent ´value for money´traditional Spanish restaurants are only a short walk from the main entrance.
The historical and cosmopolitan city of Murcia with its many restaurants, tapas bars, designer clothes shops, baroque cathedral and bull fighting ring is only a 15 min drive away. The coast with its wide selection of beaches: La Manga, Mar Menor, La Zenia, Mil Palmeras and Torrevieja are only 20-30 mins away and Alicante is reachable in only 45 mins.
Mosa Trajectum Golf Resort boasts a stunning 27 hole Championship golf course built to the exacting standards set by the PGA and USGA. The course is themed in three distinct styles: 9 Stone, 9 Olive and 9 Pine challenging both the new and experienced golfer.
The resort also has a stunning par 3/ 9 hole challenge course set in a dry river bed and an extensive practice range and 2 large putting greens, one flat and one very undulating. There is also a golf academy with professional tuition available daily (in English).
For the golfers of you, the villa has golf rights, therefore Golf and buggy hire is at incredibly discounted rates. Guests staying in our villa are entitled to a 60% reduction in green fees and preferential booking of tee times. You can play this fantastic golf course FOR JUST €32 EUROS (or 9 holes for €18 euros). This makes your golf exceptional value for money on a championship golf course. Club hire and electric buggies also available.
As the villa is on the golf course, the Club House & Parador is no more than a 3-minute car/buggy ride away.
We will register you and your guests as golf users allowing you to enjoy all the facilities at the Mosa Trajectum Resort at preferential rates.

The house will be ready for your occupation and will be cleaned on your departure. Our villa is cleaned and presented to the highest standard and is comparable to any 5* hotel accommodation.
The weekly rate includes electricity, quality bed linen & towels and cleaning and represents incredible valure for money! A linen change is provided and should you require additional cleaning during your stay this can be pre-arranged or you can call George as you require.
