The villa has been fully furnished throughout to a very high standard to ensure quality accommodation. It is ideally located for those who love to enjoy the full benefits of a private villa set within its own private grounds with lovely large terraces, sparkling 8mx4m pool with underwater lighting, large purpose built barbecue area, well established and maintained gardens.
The American style kitchen is bright and modern with washing machine, fridge freezer, microwave and everything you would expect from a fully fitted modern kitchen.
The lounge is beautifully furnished with quality leather suite, satellite TV system, DVD, and there is also a bright, spacious, well equipped separate dining area leading onto the terraces and pool area.
There are 3 bedrooms, the master bedroom has en-suite bathroom with corner bath, there is a further double and twin room with seperate shower,wc and hand basin.
You have an upper balcony area which overlooks the crystal clear pool and terrace area, where you can relax with a good book and a glass or two of the locally produced wines.
The crystal clear blue pool has underwater lighting for those relaxing evening dips and offers excellent views across the valley and beyond to the mountains.
Everything you need for a quality relaxing holiday is supplied including all linen, hand and bath towels, sun loungers, poolside table, chairs, all you need to bring are your beach towels and plenty of sun cream!
Located close to the Spanish Village of Benitachell and a few minutes drive to either the beautiful Arenal beach at Javea or the comopolitan resort of Moraira.
The property is only 5-10 mins drive from the popular coastal resorts of JAVEA, MORAIRA where you can enjoy all the hustle and bustle and variety of activities that they have to offer. Most beaches along the coast have received the prestigious European “Blue Flag” award for safety and cleanliness. There are many bars and restaurants offering top quality international cuisine.
Day trips in the area include Vergel Safari Park, Mundomar (exotic animal park), Aqualandia (water fun park) and Terra Mitica (theme park). Local sports include scuba diving, snorkelling, boat trips, jet skis and quad bikes.
The Moorish village of Guadalest, the Algar Falls and the caves at Benidoleig are also within easy reach. The local bodegas in Jalon are famous and are excellent places for wine tasting. For a special evening, visit the Benidorm Palace for dinner and a spectacular cabaret show. A car is, therefore, essential to enjoy your holiday.

Special notes
A deposit of 25% is required to sedure your booking. There is a refundable looss/breakage deposit of £250 which will be returned within 10 days of departure. All bed linen, hand and bath towels are included.
There is an optional linen change for stays of 2 weeks at a cost of 15 euros per room.
Mid stay cleaning is available at a cost of 15 euros per hour. (min 2 hours) |
